I wanted to take a moment to give a big shout out for Steve Reed. Steve manages four properties for us in Richmond and is absolutely superb! We are very lucky to work with Steve, particularly during these times when we are unable to travel to the Richmond area (we live in the Boston area).

My wife and I were introduced to the Signature Properties team last year under the incredible pressure of a career relocation to another state. The timeframe was tight, and everything was hinged upon their ability to successfully manage the property. From the day we met Stella we knew that all would be well. Thank you Fred for all that you and Bryce did to try and find us a rental home while my husband and I were staying at the Extended Stay America. I was amazed over the fact that you both went out of your way to send me a list of locations on line that linked up to other rentals that did not belong to you.That alone spoke volumes to the nature of your unselfishness to help someone in need.

Other Realtors I called would not call me back or did not follow up but I have to say your Real Estate Office was a delight to work with. I can see that Customer Service is your first priority. You always emailed and responded. The key to success is having great Customer Service and Communication skills and I think you are that and more.



What an awesome team of professionals! What do you do when you have a house that won’t sell? You deal with people who know their business and will guide you through the process of owning a home to be rented. I rely completely on the advice and recommendations of Fred Hill. He and Bryce are extremely professional at all times and both have been kind enough to take care of details that I have missed.

With the property management skills of this team, I have very few issues to be addressed, and if I do, I am certain that they will let me know exactly what I need to do. When the time comes to sell, Dianne Stanley will take care of that for me. She also, knows her business and is confident in providing guidance through the process. I cannot say enough about the integrity of this group of people. To me it’s worry free property management.



On behalf of Signature Properties Company, we hired Wendy Cone to manage our property. She has proven herself from the very beginning of the process. She stays on top of things and handles them promptly. She goes far out and beyond not only for you, the property owner, but the tenants as well. If there are small repairs or situations that she can handle herself even if it means getting down and dirty, she’s willing to do so. Wendy is an exceptional Property Manager and I feel that she is an asset to this company.

Adam stepped in when we really needed a property manager who could help us get our property ready to rent. We were in the middle of a move to New Mexico with a vacant house in Floyd Co. A lot of work needed to be done to the house to make it ready for showing. Adam coordinated all the work to be done, kept me up to date with frequent emails, was there for the contractors to let them in when needed. He went out of his way to do things on his own to make things happen. My wife and I were very happy with the way Adam handled things and communicated with us. We would both recommend him without any reservations if you needed a property manager.

Adam and Michele at Signature Properties have been a great help to us in getting our house rented. They took care of all the details, answered my questions well, and were willing to accommodate us when we had special requests. They marketed the house, found renters for us, walked us through the paperwork, and have basically taken care of everything. Michele and Adam began managing my home in Blacksburg, VA, when I accepted a new position overseas on very short notice. They were very professional, listened to my concerns, and quickly found a tenant that with whom I was very comfortable to have in my house. The monthly reports that they send me are detailed and accurate and they have been very responsive to my needs. Adam and Michele are confident in their work and consistently show their professionalism with me and courtesy to the family renting my home.
